Terms of Use

1. Agreement
These terms are between you and Qualia Labs Ltd [CONFIRM exact registered name and company number on incorporation] ("Still", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using Still you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use Still.
2. Who can use Still
You must be 18 or older and able to enter a binding contract. Still is for individuals in a relationship using it for personal, non-commercial purposes.
3. What Still is, and is not
Still helps you get heard in your relationship: a private place to write, reflect, and find neutral common ground with a partner. Still is not therapy, counselling, medical advice, or a crisis service, and it does not replace any of them. Its reflections are generated by AI and may be imperfect. Use your own judgement. If you are in crisis or danger, contact the emergency and support services signposted in the app (in the UK: 999; Samaritans 116 123; National Domestic Abuse Helpline 0808 2000 247).
4. Your account
Keep your password secure and don't share your account. You're responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at hello@stilljustus.com if you suspect unauthorised use.
5. Your content
What you write is yours. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store it and to process it (including via our AI processor) to provide the features you use, nothing more. We don't sell it or show it to your partner (only the common ground you both choose to generate), and neither we nor our AI provider (Anthropic) use it to train AI models. You're responsible for what you write, and for not recording sensitive information about other people without a lawful basis.
6. Acceptable use
Don't use Still to break the law, harass or harm others, infringe rights, attempt to breach security or rate limits, or reverse-engineer or resell the service. We may suspend or close accounts that do.
7. Access, changes, and availability
We're actively building Still and may add, change, or remove features. We aim for reliable service but don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may carry out maintenance.
8. Price and payment
Still starts with a 14-day free trial, no card required. To keep using Still after your trial, you subscribe to a paid plan: £14.99 per month or £119.99 per year, and one subscription covers both partners. The price is always shown before you pay. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card details.
Cancelling. You can cancel any time via “Manage billing” in Account settings. Cancelling stops future charges, and your access (and your partner's, if it rides on your plan) continues to the end of the period you've paid for. Deleting your account cancels your subscription immediately.
Refunds. Within 14 days of your first payment on any plan, email hello@stilljustus.com and we'll refund it in full — no questions, no forms. The same 14-day window applies after a yearly renewal, because a £119.99 charge you forgot was coming shouldn't cost you anything but an email. Outside those windows payments aren't refundable, but cancelling always stops the next one. By subscribing you ask us to start the service straight away rather than waiting out the 14-day cooling-off period; your refund rights above are at least as generous as the statutory ones, and none of this limits your statutory rights. 9. Disclaimers and liability
Still is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make about your relationship. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). [CONFIRM liability wording with a solicitor]
10. Ending your use
You can delete your account any time from Account settings. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms or to protect users or the service.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England & Wales. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
